From the very start, we had no negative issues. The sales rep, Jim, was professional, knew what he was talking about, and was very helpful. The installers were also professional, friendly and neat! They did a beautiful install . My husband, a carpenter himself, was amazed by the quality and professionalism of the entire project. We are beyond pleased.

I want to thank Tommy for being so thorough when my furnace needed help this morning. He was great, explained what he found, what he was doing. He made sure I knew about preventative care in the future. I will be calling Tommy in the Spring for the AC. Thank you so very much!

We are very pleased with the service we have received over the years from Ron's Mechanical. We have relied on them to maintain our furnace for several years. The air conditioner which we purchased recently is far more efficient than our old one. We worked with Gregg Heller, who gave us excellent advice on the type to buy, and the guys who installed the air conditioner did a super job.

The sales experience was very good -- I started looking for a $2500 replacement for Lennox A/C and ended up spending nearly $10,000 on a total VAC solution. I did not feel pressured and ended up getting a good value on the right solution for our needs. The installation was done on time and in a very professional manner.

I have no suggestions. The sales person was courteous, helpful and showed up on time. The installers arrived on time and installed the product I purchased and cleaned up after themselves. The salesperson visited on installation day to make sure everything was going well which I appreciated.

Keep doing what you're doing. Ron's mechanical has an outstanding reputation in this community, and my experience with them during our new ac/furnace installation has only re-affirmed that. I especially like the fact that they are local, and if any issues were to come up, I'm confident that they will be handled professionally and quickly.

We had problems with our old furnace a long while ago and our service plan sent out Ron's Mechanical. He was awesome, even though it was an old clunky furnace and more or less beyond repair. We needed a service call on our air conditioner this week. The first person that I talked to at Ron's was very helpful. She was able to solve most of my problem through some questions and maintenance questions. However, I still wanted a service call to insure my unit was in good running condition. The service call made on time and the price was surprising reasonable. This is the second time that I have had a service call from Ron's in the past 4 years. The other call was for the furnace. Great service, polite employees and reasonable cost. I have nothing but satisfaction. Thank you.

As a new resident to the area and a first time home owner, I don't have much experience with contractors or home services. I got your new resident post card in the mail and knew my A/C wasn't working so I figured I'd give Ron's Mechanical a shot. Greg Heller went way above and beyond for me, coming after normal hours to accomodate my schedule, he immediately found that the issue was as simple as a wire that was disconnected. He connected it for me and did a thorough check of the furnace, the A/C, the overall circulation and even game me a quick tutorial on how to best regulate the temperatures on my particualr home layout. Greg H. provided me with the information that I needed to be comfortable in my home, completely living up to your company's goal. He didn't even try to sell me things I didn't need and was extremely courteous and friendly the whole time! Everything is working great and I have the peace of mind knowing that it's all been checked out by someone who is professional, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond, rather than just me fumbling through it or some random friend of a friend who used to do work on the side for his cousin. Ron's Mechanical is now my go to for any of my HVAC needs. Thanks for the superior customer service!

Greg is an incredible asset to your company. He took the time to teach and entertained my questions and gave me suggestions. I have a good friend that does HVAC, and I get a great price from him, but I’ll be calling Ron’s Mechanical and asking for Greg A. from now on! You’ve got a customer for life!

And by the way, Greg not only came and solved my issue, he also showed me how to clean the burners, what filter would work better for me in this particular setting, assisted with some of my ceiling vents, he also checked my furnace for carbon monoxide… He threw down like Bobby Flay!

I would like to thank two of your employees, both named Greg, who went out of their way to help me...  I unfortunately ran out of gas...at the intersection of Highway 41 and 169.  Greg #1 had Greg #2 fill a gas can and drive me to (the) vehicle and he even poured the gas into the tank.

...with particular thanks for responding so quickly, and on a Saturday; supplying us with four electric space heaters, ...and, on your own volition, without us first calling again, called to see if our problem had been corrected.

I have not dealt with another contracting company which provided such excellent service.

I just wanted you to know how much I appreciated the efforts of one of your service technicians, Greg Anderson, regarding some recent air conditioning problems I had at my home in Chanhassen.  Not only was Greg courteous and thorough when he worked on my air conditioner, but he was very helpful the night before in providing suggestions on how I could get throught the night before the service call the next day.  I really felt like Greg put me as the customer first.  I have already told a number of neighbors about Greg's great service and my intent to call your company again with future heating and air conditioning needs.
