Ron and Mary Jo Coster (pictured right), owners of Ron’s Mechanical Inc., have been in business for 28 years and have been residents of Shakopee for 38 years.

They are proud to be owners of a local, family-operated business.

Three of their four children, Annette, Linda and Scott work for Ron’s Mechanical and continue the family tradition of providing the best quality service to their customers.  “Greg Heller, one of our sales consultants who has been an employee for over 20 years is just like a son.”

Ron, who built the business from scratch, comments, “Shakopee has been a great community to work in.” He smiled as he pointed out the Dreamsicle icon that is painted on every one of his trucks.  “It started out as a joke.  People teased me that my first truck looked like an ice cream truck.  But really it stands for my dream of owning my own business."
